Coastal Collective Workshop Terms & Conditions

1. Registration & Payment

• Your spot is only confirmed once full payment has been received.

• Payments must be made through accepted payment methods: Stripe, PayPal, etc.

• Workshop fees are non-refundable, except under certain circumstances (see Section 3).

2. Participant Responsibilities

• Workshops are open to individuals aged 16 and above.

• Participants must arrive on time and follow instructor guidance.

• Coastal Collective is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

• If Coastal Collective cancels a workshop, participants will receive a full refund or credit for a future session.

• If a participant cancels:

  • More than 7 days before – Full refund or credit.

  • Less than 7 days before – No refund, but may transfer to a future workshop if available.

  • No-show – No refund or credit.

4. Use of Materials & Artwork

• All workshop materials (spray cans, canvases, stencils, etc.) are included in the fee.

• Participants own their artwork created during the session.

• Photos/videos may be taken during workshops for marketing and promotional use by Coastal Collective.

5. Liability & Safety

• Spray paint use requires protective gear—participants must follow safety guidelines.

• Coastal Collective is not liable for any injuries, allergies, or accidents that occur during the workshop.

• If participants act disruptively, Coastal Collective reserves the right to remove them from the session without a refund.

6. Privacy Policy

• Personal information collected during registration is used only for booking and communication.

• Data will not be shared with third parties.

By booking a workshop, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
